Lead Maintenance Mechanic - Automated Injection Molding

Highly automated injection molding facility seeks Maintenance Lead who can direct and supervise a team of Technicians while ensuring the continued operation of facility infrastructure both internal and external.
Shall:
Review production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and affect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Assist the Maintenance Manager with workload and project planning.
Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair injection molding machines such as Husky, Krauss Maffei, Van Dorn and Milacron ranging from 500 to 4000 tons of clamp pressure.
Assist tooling in mold preparation, hot runner wiring and welder set-ups.
Work with state-of-the-art robotics such as Fanuc, Wittman, Star, Ranger, Krauss Maffei and Husky.
Troubleshoot and modify PLC programs.
