Overall Position Responsibilities
This position provides leadership and technical assistance to 2ndshift Operations Group through aggressive management of Food Safety and the Plant Quality Systems; The position also acts as a back-up for the lab function support and weekend 2ndshift coverage.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Provides leadership & technical assistance to operations, promotes quality awareness and commitment, and performs fact-based assessments/audits of manufacturing processes including sanitation practices.
Ensures that all records, procedures, processes, packaging and equipment are in compliance with site, company & regulatory requirements
Assists in the improvement of the quality system. Serves as a resource for the site's 2ndshift in resolution of quality & regulatory issues
Conducts root cause analysis and corrective actions for hold, customer complaints, or quality incidents
Performs net weight retargeting, hold & release, trace excesis, and records review for HACCP and LACF.
Involves Continuous improvement projects
Acts as a back up for lab personnel to perform product testing and support different shifts as needed.
Performs special assignments as directed.
Requirements :
B.S. degree in Chemistry/Biology or Food Science or other related degree with appropriate experience in manufacture.
The position requires leadership and coaching abilities with the capacity to plan, organize, lead, facilitate, coach, negotiate, and decision make.
Quality Assurance, Action Oriented, Integrity and Trust, Attention to Detail, Quality Measures, and must be organizez.
Perfer to have solid computer skills: building Access database, working with Excel pivotable, Word and PowerPoint.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
