SUMMARY
Seeking a high quality, seasoned managerwith banking orInfomation technolgy background.
Programmer Analyst, Manager will manage the activities of programming support within the PassPort Customer staff for existing software enhancements. Support may be for external customers or internal organizations.
Potential to work from Springfield, MO after initial training and role acclimation in the Monett, MO location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyzes existing software enhancements and oversees the implementation of necessary changes to company software internally and externally.
Oversees the development of programming code for existing software enhancements.
Provides direction in the creation of block diagrams, logic procedures and flowcharting.
Ensures code is tested, debugged and meets quality standards.
Oversees the development of conversion and system implementation plans; oversees the implementation of newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Ensures programming support is provided for various interfaces.
Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in programming or a related field.
Previous leadership experience required; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Oversees the daily operation of one or more departments. Directs staff in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures and programs. Manages, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results including costs, methods and staffing. Adheres to both company policy and governmental regulations concerning department and direct employee activities. Manages departmental structure, workforce planning, career development, training, planning and budgeting. Responsible for department budget. Performs hiring, firing, objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching and pay reviews.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

Able to successfully manage programming support activities.
Able to keep abreast of all available software enhancements for company products.
Able to work without organizational authority in a lateral direction across organizational boundaries to identify business information needs and to implement applications that fulfill them.
Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions.
Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
Occasional overnight travel required.
Able to participate in on-call rotation to resolve escalated issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
