HR Coordinator - Recruiting Specialist (Contract)
Summary:
Xtreme Consulting is seeking a contract recruiter starting 3/21/14 through the end of the year.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, logistical and support to the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Mangers and Candidates
Ensure efficiency, accuracy and the right tough approach in regards to the hiring
manager
and candidate experience
Interface w/ all levels of Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone and in person interview schedules
Act as point of contact for coordination of organizing all travel and related expenses
Ensure that candidate activity is tracked in Applicant Tracking System
Ensure that all pertinent candidate interview and travel information is communicated to the appropriate personnel
Respond to applicant questions via company website.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with third party vendors and software tools for posting positions to external
job
boards.
Familiarity with third party vendors and software tools used to order background checks as requested by recruiters and in accordance with standard procedure.
Experience working with resume tracking databases
Preferred past interview coordination experience or other related experience in a recruiting environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
