1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $13,000
3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $15,000

years' RN experience Sign On Bonus - $20,000

Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours based on experience (full time only)

Overview:
Mercy Springfield is currently hiring exceptional nurses for the Float Pool unit! Available positions are as follows:
  • Full-time Availability
  • Day Shift (7am-7pm)
  • Night Shift (7pm-7am)
  • Can be a Tier I or II based on areas covered

The specialties offered in this role include Med Surg, ED, Critical Care, and Behavioral Health. Float Pool RNs will rotate daily to assigned areas.

Qualifications:


  • Experience:
    Two years of RN experience for Tier II or One year for Tier I
  • Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
  • Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
