This role will aid in the discovery of new and existing technology usage across the Firm, developing solution architecture implementation diagrams and the development of proofs of concept for wide-scale awareness and adoption.

Responsible for delivering guidance on Enterprise-level technology and appropriate technology usage across portfolios. This role will aid in the discovery of new and existing technology usage across the Firm, developing solution architecture implementation diagrams and the development of proofs of concept for wide-scale awareness and adoption.
- Developer ability with strong/proven ability leveraging Java, Kubernetes, Azure:
- Kubernetes Developer Certification (not required, but desired)
- Azure Architect Certification (not required, but desired)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills:
- Ability to drive strategy/change across various teams and levels of organization
- Ability to present at various levels of organization
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain clear solutions for complex issues, suggest potential enterprise solutions and execute on solutions that are scalable and efficient
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Portfolio Owners, Engineers & Technology Architects on strategy and design for new and existing tooling
- Demonstrated broad expertise in multiple technical areas; including the ability to develop and deliver POCs for exploration and adoption
- Defines strategic technology direction for the firm and its business partners
- Demonstrates broad knowledge and perspective of technology and multiple business areas.
- Identifies internal/external factors that may impact divisional and firm objectives
- Participates significantly and leads in divisional and firm strategies.
- Proposes new open source and vendor solutions that align to industry trends and innovation
- Proposes financially responsible solutions for the enterprise and partners with other technical leaders to ensure financial aspects are considered for technology decisions.
