59 PM Central Description We are seeking candidates to fill the role of Traffic Services Officer.
The Traffic Services Officer provides a variety of traffic services for the City of Springfield including parking control and enforcement, handling abandoned vehicles, and assists Police Officers in controlling traffic at accident scenes and special events.

Click here Qualifications and Requirements Experience, Education, and Training 30 hours of college credit in any area of discipline from an accredited college; OR 2 years of employment experience dealing directly with the public.
PREFERRED Computer experience.
Licensing/Certification Must possess a valid driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
