Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Personnel Security - Process Improvement Team Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to provide process improvement solutions for the Security and Installations Personnel Security Division (SISP).
What You'll Be Doing:
Provide innovative process improvement solutions for current Personnel Security areas such as Continuous Evaluation/Continuous Vetting, Case Management, Case Initiation, and Automated Records Check (ARC).
Strategize, design and implement innovative processes to improve NGA PERSEC for reportability to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), utilizing Process Improvement techniques (i.
e.
Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile Management, etc.
) Conceptualize, design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within PERSEC systems to improve process flow between various security teams.
Manage code base and perform testing for all RPA functions implemented within PERSEC.
Work with NGA CIO-T Business Enterprise Services (CIO-TFB) to manage patch updates, maintenance, support and codebase for Automation Anywhere software.
Deliver all product/service work utilizing Agile principles and methodology (Kanban or scrum) that contain a series of defined states (i.
e.
Team Backlog, Analyze, Review, Build/Perform, Integrate & Test, and Accepted.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
