Job Description
The HR Data Analyst, Associate will perform a variety of human resources operation services which include Human Resources (HR) data analytics, organizational development support and communications support.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Report and analyze all data received from various departments to assist with business decisions.
Present, explain and discuss results of analysis concisely and effectively to drive fact-based decision making.
Support the manager with the development of HR analytics and strengthen the business partner relationship with other departments as it relates to HR data.
Provide support with various organizational development projects, such as Professional Growth & Career Management.
Research new outreach partners where affirmative action goals are identified.
Support the communications department with various duties.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (degree in Mathematics/Statistics or Business highly desired).
Knowledge and Skills
Learning to use professional concepts. Works on projects of limited scope and complexity. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations from which answers can be readily obtained.
Able to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Proof reading and editing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
