Job Description
Jack Henry & Associates is actively seeking an Internal Technical Support Representative for our Primrose location in Springfield MO. The position will travel some between the Primrose office and the Monett MO office ( about 50 miles) to support the representatives in that office. The Internal Technical Support Representative is responsible for supporting the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems 7 & 8, and the Microsoft Office programs for the Internal Jack Henry Banking Call Center Representatives. The position will assist with connectivity issues and other PC related issues. The position is an excellent opportunity for either a recent college graduate or an experience Technical Support Representative that is seeking a rewarding career with advancement opportunities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 Years in a Technical Support Role or Financial Industry; or
Associates Degree in a Computer Related field
PREFERRED SKILLS
CompTIA A
Certification preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
