ANPAC Product Development is currently seeking an individual with experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for product changes or special projects, while securing agreement from stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Plan and manage requirements gathering activities and monitor and react to requirements challenges and slippages.
o Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, user groups, and vendors.
o Organize, present, communicate, verify, and gain approval of requirements from business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
o Analyze and document business workflows, using appropriate tools and techniques.
o Identify and map key business processes, using appropriate tools and techniques
o Assess impact of new business processes on current business process models and systems.
o Develop and execute test plans and schedules to ensure requirements have been met.
o Assess impact of issues identified during elaboration, development, testing and issue appropriate change controls.
o Directly supervise Project Analyst project assignments as required.
o Ability to facilitate meetings
o Review operational systems for cost effectiveness and flexibility to meet future needs o
o Act as a business analyst for Line of Business teams and translates LOB requirements into specifications.
o Compile and organize data gathered from projects to provide a source of historical information.
o Ability to handle variety of tasks at one time and meet deadlines. o Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills.
o Ability to exert positive influence and energizes project team members. o Exhibit business orientation and acts as the liaison between the business and MLITS.
o Exhibit superb attention to detail and organization skill.
o Ability to be flexible, self-confident, and innovative with a demonstrated knowledge of systems.
o Must always make fact based decisions, never emotional or reactive decisions.
o Moderate knowledge about technology, insurance, and Multiple Line processes.
o Proficient in communication and coordination of efforts across geographically different locations
o Provide input to performance reviews of project analysts working on their projects.
Requirements
Education:
College degree required. INS21, INS22, or AIT 131 & AIT 132 required.
Required Skills:
Four years of Underwriting/IT experience is necessary. ANPAC work experience is prefered. Must be proficient in business anlaysis tools and techniques. Must be able to work independently. Have good communication skills. Be able to make tough decisions. Have the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. Have the ability to distinguish presented information and find the underlying true needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
