Provides direction on design as well as developing code for new software products, enhancements and fixes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a
computer
science or data processing field
Minimum of six of experience in related field;
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Has a wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues. Works on complex and diverse projects. Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions.
Leading-edge skills in the latest areas of new technology, as well as, most prevalent recent legacy technologies.
Excellent technical knowledge in software development methodologies, software design and implementation.
Excellent analytical and design skills at multiple project level.
Excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and implementation.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle.
Deep awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project/time management skills.
Application solution visioning
Informed of the latest enterprise technology tools and standards
Product and tool identification and recommendations
Reviews and interprets business requirements and develop detailed technical requirements.
Application design review and validation
Solution implementation review and quality management
Providing application framework support
Client facing technology responsibilities
Strong understanding of design patterns and apply new .NET technology to large and small systems
Knowledge and experience using one or more of the following:
SQL Server
ADFS
IIS6 or above
Entity Framework 4.0 or above
Telerik controls or above
Disaster Avoidance
Development experience using one or more of the following:
C#
ASP
TDD - Test Driven Development
LINQ
jQuery
CSS
MVC
Technical writing experience in one or more of the following areas:
